- Our Mission: Charles Harper Charities (CHC) is a not-for-profit organization that supports programs for “awareness, advancement and achievement” of its participants, which are expected to ultimately result in personal successes and economic growth opportunities. These programs consist of advocating for nuclear power as a viable clean energy source, sponsoring nuclear energy careers through its science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) summer and leadership programs specifically for historically excluded and economically challenged populations.
