LSAP storytelling and leadership tools will be practiced daily to establish new self-awareness and communication skills that will be essential for a sustainable professional career competitive advantage in today's energy workforce. At the end of LSAP, participants will deliver an executive summary presentation (i.e., Talks) regarding the most important aspect of their LSAP experience and how newly acquired LSAP tools and skills can add value to their potential career success, enhance value to an employer and/or lay the foundation for a successful entrepreneurial venture. Each student will incorporate into their Talks, photos that were taken during their adventure. These Talks can be uploaded to YouTube as well as other social media as part of the participant’s “digital portfolio of knowledge.”
