Alfred Murray Mondiwa, an Economist, with over 30 years of experience gained from various international non-profit organizations such as United Nations, Save the Children, Care International, World Vision International, World Concern, World Relief and HelpAge International in various areas including Emergency Response, Program Design and Development, Management and Evaluation. Alfred has served in several leadership roles during his career including Country Director, Senior Program Manager and Emergency Response Specialist in various countries including Afghanistan, Ethiopia, Haiti, Sudan, United Kingdom and Zimbabwe.

Mr. Mondiwa also has vast professional experience that he will bring to Charles L Harper Charities in performance-based goal setting, stakeholder relationship building, and development of data driven insights. He is a highly skilled in leading cross functional teams, budget and timeline management and creating best practices that deliver streamlined processes and reduced program costs.

Alfred has a Bachelor of Science (Economics) degree, a post Graduate Civil Engineering Diploma and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Zimbabwe University.
