Charles Henderson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is an Executive Fellow in the executive education program at Henley Business School and is on the faculty of Duke Corporate Education in South Africa. His work is anchored in behavioral science, leadership theory and philosophy.

Charles Henderson has been coaching and teaching executives and their staffs for more than 25 years. He created the Street-Wise Epistemic Leadership Coaching Program designed to transfer knowledge and build leadership skills in four crucial areas of mastery; Mastery of Self, Relationships, Knowledge and Change.

Mr. Henderson has worked across the United States and in more than 25 countries throughout Africa, Asia, the Middle East and Europe. He has worked with leaders at some of the world’s largest organizations such as Citibank, Coca-Cola and Nike.

Before moving to South Africa Mr. Henderson worked as a global risk analyst with Chase Manhattan Bank (now JPMorgan Chase). He also recruited and developed leaders at Otis Elevator and advised the company’s president on the development of a world-wide diversity initiative. Mr. Henderson lives between Johannesburg and New York and is passionate about lifelong learning and philosophy.
