Dr. Juanita Austin Butler, as a compassionate educator, she has held several academic positions at several institutions of higher learning such as the University of the People in Pasadena, California; Capitol Technology University in Lanham, Maryland; and, the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.

Dr. Butler has also had a distinguished career working with multiple U.S. government agencies and holds a Top-Secret Clearance. In addition to her public service, she has significant experience in the private sector having worked with several major corporations such as Verizon, Sprint and Newsome Medical.

Dr. Butler holds an Associate of Arts degree from Prince George’s Community College; a Bachelor and Master of Science from National Louis University; a Master’s in Project Management from George Washington University; and a PhD in Analytics and Data Science from Capitol Technology University.
